Our Counseling Practice
With more than forty years of Mental Health Counseling, experience, we offer exceptional individualized, outpatient, psychological care. We treat a variety of mental health disorders, emotional concerns, and spiritual challenges. We provide a safe and secure place for individuals, couples, and families.
Thomas Eno is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, with a master's from Brigham Young University. Thomas has worked as a director for several mental health programs, worked in schools, medical clinics, presented national intensive multi-day emotional growth seminars, and helped form the first youth residential treatment program for substance use in Canada.
Who We Are
Thomas has dedicated himself to learning and sharing all he can in helping others. He was a Navy medic during Vietnam, and caught a vision of helping others heal. After that in college, he realized that we are all so much more than just a body that hurts, as we have higher thoughts and dreams that give us meaning and purpose in life. He had joined the Church of Jesus Christ and learned that all of us have such great potential in life, but that we so often get stuck in self-defeating behaviors that keep us just surviving. From his medical experiences, through work and study in a mental hospital, schools, addiction treatment programs, and private practice he has developed a process to help that fully addresses the complete person.

As you work with the tools provided, you can realize how much your misunderstandings and fears have kept you back, and be able to step up into a newness of life.
